Winter Sneak Peak

I just found a nice shot of the newest book from the Little Shoppe Canvas Company. It is entitled Winter and covers all sorts of snow and winter holiday stitches. This photo shows the cover and some of the stitch diagrams included.

Landscapes and Ins and Outs are their other two books.  Note that the black and white and gray stitch diagrams are not numbered in any of the books.  I haven't seen Winter yet but I really like their first two books so I imagine I'll put this on my Birthday Wish List.

The Three Step Design Process

Want to watch an artist at work? Check out Kimberly's blog posting, which shows how a design has percolated through her amazing brain and appeared in three different iterations--a chart, a painted floor rug and finally a painted needlepoint canvas!  All the same and all different.

There's only one word for Kimberly--amazing!
