Today's Smart Cookie Award (River Silks)

Today's Smart Cookie Award goes to River Silks, with their little plastic clip to secure a loose end of silk ribbon.

I've been using a bit of pink hair tape myself.

So the pink hair tape is no longer being made. Remaining stock selling for $25 a roll! I will be parsimonious with my last roll and 1/2.

Too bad! It's a very useful product. There's still plenty available around here in the drug stores so I guess we need to check out local shopping sources and stock up a bit.

The little plastic clips look very much like those used to keep mens' shirts together in the package (instead of pins). Yep, the ones we throw out.
