Boxes with Stitched Lids

If you happen to want to stitch your own needle (and scissor) box, Quail Run has posted photos of their scissors boxes on Facebook.   The boxes come in ovals or rectangles and there are several styles of painted canvases for each box shape's lid.

The First Day of Spring

Today's the Spring Equinox, i.e., the First Day of Spring! [loud cheering from the peanut gallery]

To celebrate here is Eye Candy's Spring Fox, all stitched up!  Love pink and I love that tiny pink bow, not to mention the tiny pink blossoms on the tree.

It's a lovely way to welcome spring.  Thanks for sharing, Ada.  You cheered me as I watch the snow come down.
