A Visit to Louise's Needlework

Sheena and Judy took a road trip last week to visit Louise's Needlework in Powell, Ohio.  This isn't too far from Columbus, if you happen to be in the area.   They took lots of photos to put on Sheena's blog, too, so we get a sneak peek inside the shop.

Louise's has a new location and a new website to boot!

And of course Sheena has posted a new stitch to play with and has news about her menagerie to boot.    So you'd better bookmark her blog so you don't miss out on the fun next time.

True Confessions UPDATED

It is True Confessions time! And Sara Leigh is laying out all her works in progress (WIP), sorting the ones she has lost interest in from the ones she wants to work on. The I Am Tired of You pile will go to her guild swap this winter so they can find good homes where they will be stitched.

UPDATE:  More!   I am becoming envious of SL's stash!

All is not WIPs though.  Sara Leigh has finished quite a few pieces, both counted and painted.  She is becoming a very versatile stitcher.  I think learning to sort through the designs we accumulate to decide what is worth spending your precious free time on is a very worthwhile exercise.  We all have eyes bigger than our stomaches!
