Making a Book's Slip Case

Ruth O'Leary has been embroidering a line drawing copied from a leather bound book to create a slip case for the book.  I know this isn't needlepoint but the cover could be made from NP canvas appliquéd to fabric and then a book case for a very special book be made up the same way.

Here is the slip case finished with the book in position.

Finishing Friday: Kim Does It All

Stephanie shows off finishing by Kim on her blog. The Halloween House is darling but so is the Christmas pear and the physician ornament is just perfect.
