Getting to Know the Shop Owners

I've been on the lookout for shop owner bios lately, since I love knowing more about the business owners who keep us in goodies, and I have three for you this morning.  I happened to stumble across this profile of Karen Milano, the owner behind Nimble Needle in New Jersey.  It makes me feel that we share something since we both taught ourselves crewel before we found needlepoint.

Then there is this look back at Needle Nicely's first shop location and building, courtesy of Mary Agnes Cussen whose shop is now in Vero Beach, Florida.  Blowing Rock, NC is not far where where I grew up across the state line in Tennessee.  I know those big old houses well!

And here we discover how 3 Kittens was reborn!

Does your shop owner have a great bio on their website?  Tell us about it in the Comments below or email me at chilly hollowat hot maildot com if the Comment section hates you.

3 Kittens is my LNS! LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop. They are always willing to answer questions, provide help, and enable me when I really don't need enabling. Plus, they have a really great loyalty club. If you are ever in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, I HIGHLY recommend a visit.
