Japanese Masking Tape

Ada Hayden of Eye Candy just introduced me to a new tool--the Japanese masking tape called Washi tape.  Ada uses it to tape the raw edges of her canvases. She says it is acid free and archival quality and slightly less sticky than our traditional masking tape.

This Etsy site shows off the decorative types available.  Any crafts emporium with a big scrapbooking section will probably carry Washi tape.  Hobby Lobby, here I come!

Thanks, Ada!
