Change Is In The Air

I know it is autumn and the leaves are starting to change, but that's not the only change in the air.  The trade show schedule is evolving and changing in 2014 and 2015.  Things are going to be very different!

In 2014, the January TNNA show will move to San Diego instead of Long Beach, the June Columbus show will be in Indianapolis in May, and the non-TNNA Destination Dallas show will be in September in Dallas instead of April.  There is no St. Charles show in September listed and in 2015 that venue will be dropped, as will the Nashville show for cross stitch (and counted thread).

I think all these changes are responsible for the explosion of news about new items this fall, things that ordinarily would wait until January to be talked about.  Remember to keep checking the TNNA Winter 2014 San Diego tab for new items.  I've added several things already this week.

Art Deco Rugs UPDATED

Rugs aren't just coming back in style for your house--they are popular for doll houses, too. Janet Granger is moving with the times by designing rugs in the Art Deco style for those who want something period for their doll house. These are on 18 count mono canvas, but since they are worked from a chart, you could create a silk gauze version to frame for your powder room....

Just a thought, but personally I love miniature rugs on silk gauze!

UPDATE:  Janet has just released more traditional rug designs, too.
