Taking Inspiration from Starfish and Lavender Plants

Needle Nicely has taken inspiration from Associated Talents' wonderful starfish designs to create a garland of starfish shapes while Quail Run choose a friend's use of lavendar to stitch teapots that celebrate that friendship.

Inspiration comes from odd places sometimes.  My latest project has been inspired by our search for just the right sheer curtains for the living room last fall, but that's a tale for another day.  I'd much rather hear about what inspired your latest project!
