Boston Fund Raiser Canvas UPDATED

Mer discovered two "Boston Strong" ornaments at Wellesley Needlepoint, probably painted by their in house artists, each a different skyline view of the city.  These are fund raisers for victims of the Boston Marathon terrorist bombings.  Thanks for the heads up, Mer!

UPDATE:  Joyce showed off a similar B Strong ornament on Facebook's Needlepoint Nation group this morning.  It also is a round ornament with the Red Sox logo over the word "strong."  She picked it up at Stitch Boutique of Boston.  I don't see it on their website but if you picture the Red Sox "B" logo on a navy background above "strong" in white letters you know what it looks like.

Thanks so much for sharing, Jane! I think it's important to spread the word when people offer positive ways to help recover from the terrible tragedy that happened in Boston! Sorry if this comes through multiple times- trying to cuddle a newborn, catch up on my favorite blogs and comment one handed!
