The Mysterious Three Cranes Canvas

Last week the Canvas of the Day was the three cranes piece above. This is a canvas I saw on Ridgewood Needlepoint's blog.  I guessed it was from HP Designs but it isn't on their website.  Anyone know who designed the three cranes?  Evelyn has it in her stash but her copy is unsigned.
