The Mission School Built

If you are interested in stitching architectural pieces, you'll love visiting Anne Stradal's blog and watching her create this mission school.  This is a blog, so this link takes you to the finished piece.  Work backward in time to see each step in the construction of Mission San Gabriel Arcangel.

Jane...am I missing something. Where are your postings on what YOU are stitching?????

There are no postings about what I'm stitching for a very good reason--it's secret! I'm stitching a model for Leigh Designs for the TNNA trade show. All will be revealed after the show....

Very sharp eyes, StitchLady, by the way. Not too many folks have noticed.

CanvasesBeGone is having a sale of 20% off everything on the entire web site. The regular prices are a good but with 20% off everything it is really great. Jane did a beautiful piece for her mother the Topiary with cats that turned out gorgeous - hope your mother loved it Jane!

I received my Needlepoint Now since I advertise I get it early - there is an ad from Leigh showing something from her new line - I hope that is what you are stitching on it sure will be exciting! I am going to Market in 2 weeks & I can hardly wait!

Dale, the canvas you see in the ad is the one I'm stitching. At least I think it is (there are 8 canvases in the series). Hope you get to visit Leigh Design's booth to see Yorimoto in person! Have fun and remember we expect a full report when you get home!

Thanks for the sale update, Dale. Mom hasn't seen her cat topiary garden yet. My trip Christmas has been postponed by the flu, by nasty weather and by a doctor's appointment we can't miss. Hopefully I'll make it in another week if the weather cooperates. It's a very long drive so if the weather is bad, I will postpone again.

Thanks for cheering for me at Needleart Nut - and if you ever need some help with that tractor trailer of stash, I'm only a state or two away :) Linda
