One Hundred Years From Now

If you are interested in early 20th Century embroidery, you'll want to read Mary Corbet's review of the latest book in Gail Marsh's series on embroidery techniques in various centuries.  The fact that this book shows the connections between British embroiderers during this era got me thinking.  Will our connections via the Internet, guilds and classes be the subject of books a century from now?  I hope that the folks who preserve the World Wide Web's information are paying attention to us, the needlepointers of the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st Centuries!  Our stitching will outlive us, but will our words?
